About MRF

For years, I felt this overt pressure to be as thin as possible. I obsessed about my weight and hardly ever ate at all starving for days at a time. Struggling to find a sense of purpose or comfortably with my body I felt utterly lost in my journey. And I hated every minute of it. But if there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that there is always a light at the end of a dark tunnel. And mine finally peered around at the age of 24.

Three years later, at age 27, I view life in a whole new light. What used to seem impossible is possible to me. Nowadays, I strive to be challenged in everything and I fear absolutely nothing. Challenge means growth. Growth means change. And change is what’s going to conquer my goals and achieve lasting success.

Fitness is a unique experience to every person and requires an infinite approach in meeting individual goals. Like most of you, I started with uncertainties and guesswork. But over the years, I’ve uncovered ways of not only achieving the results I want, but maintaining them. Holding a Master’s in Psychology, my goal as a fitness professional is to help teach people how to not only create healthy habits for themselves so they become self-sufficient in their fitness journey, but to also identify personal motivators to keep them on track.
